Program Features

This program is oriented towards serving the local economy, leveraging two research platforms: the National Soybean Deep Processing Research and Promotion Center and the Key Laboratory for Deep Processing of Agricultural Products at Changchun University. It specializes in the deep processing of agricultural products and the comprehensive utilization of by-products. The program introduces the food safety and life engineering-related curriculum from Keimyung University, enriching the course content in healthy foods, functional foods, and bioproducts, and aims to cultivate creative, practical, and future-oriented professionals in the field of food science and engineering.
