2024-12-07 14:33:11The School currently offers 1 master's degree program, 1 Provincial First-Class Program Construction Site, 1 Jilin Province Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Science Laboratory and 1 Jilin Province Custom Talent Development Program for Urgent Needs.
There are currently 34 full-time instructors, including 6 professors, 15 associate professors. Among them, 16 hold doctoral degrees. The faculty includes 2 distinguished teachers of Jilin Province and 2 top-notch innovative talents of Jilin Province. The mathematics faculty team has been approved as the third batch of Huang Danian-style teaching teams in Jilin Province higher education institutions.
In the past five years, the School has undertaken 51 national and provincial (ministerial) educational and research projects, including 8 National Natural Science Foundation projects. Faculty members have published 95 academic papers, 68 of which are indexed by SCI and other 2 major databases. The School has also published 2 academic monographs and textbooks and obtained 5 national invention and utility model patents. The faculty has received 5 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research awards, including 2 Jilin Province Teaching Achievement Awards. The School has hosted a series of academic events, including academic seminar series featuring renowned experts and the (Changchun) Differential Equations and Dynamical Systems Academic Conference.
The School offers 1 national-level first-class undergraduate course, 3 provincial-level quality courses, and 2 provincial-level quality demonstration course for graduate students.
In the past five years, students have won over 300 awards in provincial and higher-level academic competitions.
