2024-12-07 14:56:07The School of Fine Arts currently offers two master's degree programs.
There are 36 full-time instructors, including 5 professors, 15 associate professors, 1 PhD holder, and 3 PhD candidates. Among the faculty, 3 are members of the China Artists Association (CAA), 15 are members of the Fine Arts Artist Association of Jilin Province, 1 is a member of the China Sculpture Institute, and 7 are members of the Media Association of Jilin Province.
The faculty has published 58 academic papers, 70 works in core academic journals, 15 textbooks, and 10 monographs. They have won 5 provincial-level teaching and research achievement awards and has undertaken 8 national-level projects and 35 provincial and municipal-level projects. They have received 85 provincial and municipal awards, and 450 works have been exhibited in national and provincial exhibitions. Their fine arts works have been selected for the National Art Exhibition multiple times, with one winning a bronze medal in the 10th National Art Exhibition. These works are now part of collections in institutions such as the National Museum of China, the National Art Museum of China, the Guangzhou Museum of Art, and foreign art museums in the United States, Japan, and other countries.
There are currently 8 on-campus laboratories (training rooms), with teaching and research equipment worth more than 7 million yuan. It also has over 30 off-campus education internship bases, employment internship bases, and sketching internship bases.
Students have obtained 30 national innovation projects, 15 national awards, and 105 provincial awards. Over 600 works from students have participated in professional competitions.
