The Accounting major is recognized as a National First-Class Undergraduate Program Construction Site, a Jilin Province High-Level A-Class Characteristic Program and a Provincial Characteristic Program. The Business Administration major is designated as a Provincial Characteristic Program and a Provincial Brand Program Construction Site. It was approved as a Jilin Province "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" Advantageous Characteristic Key Discipline and a Jilin Province "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" High-Level Discipline in Higher Education.
There are currently 63 full-time faculty members, including 10 professors, 28 associate professors, and 29 doctoral holders. Among them, one faculty member is recognized as a top-notch innovative talent by Jilin Province, two are awarded as provincial distinguished teachers, one is outstanding returnee from overseas studies in Changchun, one is the recipient of the First Batch of New Century Excellent Talents in Humanities and Social Sciences by the Jilin Province Department of Education, three are members of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges in Jilin Province, and six are classified as D-level talents by Jilin Province.
Over the past five years, the School has completed 182 provincial, ministerial and higher-level research projects, with research funding totaling 3.0717 million RMB. The faculty has published over 200 academic papers, authored 24 academic monographs, and received 25 provincial and ministerial-level awards, including a second prize in the Provincial Teaching Achievement Award.
The School has 4 provincial-level research platforms, 4 laboratories, and more than 20 off-campus practical training bases.
Students have received 48 national-level innovation projects and 334 awards in provincial and higher-level academic competitions.
