Career Prospects

Graduates can find employment in industries related to electronic information engineering and its associated fields such as information and communication, electronic technology and intelligent control, and computer and network industries, engaging in the research, development, maintenance, and management of new electronic devices, electronic circuits, and electronic information equipment.

Partner University

Chungwoon University, established in 1994, is located in the Seoul metropolitan area—Incheon, with convenient transportation access. Chungwoon University has 24 departments and over 5,000 students. In 1997, the university’s telecommunications program was recognized by the Ministry of Education, making it one of the top 28 universities in South Korea. This Sino-Korean cooperative program combines the strengths of Changchun University and Chungwoon University in electronic information engineering. The two universities jointly develop the curriculum and training plan, introducing high-quality courses from Chungwoon University, with core courses taught by Korean professors.

Training Model

There are two learning pathways:

One is to complete all four years of study in China, with the Korean side providing instruction for 18 core courses and advanced laboratory support. Upon graduation, students will receive a degree certificate from Changchun University;

The other is based on the students' academic performance in the first and second years in China. The top-performing students will have the option to study at Chungwoon University in South Korea for the third and fourth years (students must pass the Korean language proficiency test, TOPIK level 2). Upon graduation, they will receive a degree certificate from both Changchun University and Chungwoon University. Graduates of the program do not need to take the graduate entrance exam. With a Bachelor's degree and a Korean language proficiency of TOPIK level 4, they can directly pursue a Master's degree at Chungwoon University, provided they pass the interview.

Program Features

The Electronic Information Engineering Program (Joint Program with Chungwoon University) utilizes a Sino-Korean educational cooperation model, integrating high-quality course resources and practical teaching. It offers flexible domestic and international learning pathways and a dual degree opportunity. The program aims to cultivate high-level technical talents with international perspectives, innovation capabilities, and practical skills, providing a solid foundation for students to directly enter graduate school or the global job market.
